"I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to your winery, which we booked as part of a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to circumstances that we were unaware of when booking. We paid full price for the visit but were unable to walk around or enjoy the full experience of the winery because a wedding was taking place on the property. It would have been helpful to be informed about this restriction in advance so we could have adjusted our plans accordingly. Additionally, the staff interactions toward the end of our visit were discouraging. While we were waiting for our Uber, we were asked to leave the property rather abruptly, and some staff members came across as quite rude. We were also surprised that no one offered us the opportunity to taste or purchase any bottles of wine, which we had been looking forward to as part of the experience. We truly appreciate the beauty of your venue and understand that events like weddings can impact operations, but we hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration for future guests. We would also appreciate clarification on your policy in situations like this, as we did not receive the full value of what we paid for."
